Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Have a glass of water nearby. Come with an open mind and heart, and feel free to bring any questions or topics you would like to explore.
Sessions are conducted exclusively via Zoom, making them accessible to clients worldwide. This allows for the same depth and quality of connection from the comfort of your own space.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.
This varies for each individual. Some clients find significant benefit from a single session, while others choose to work together over weeks or months. We will discuss what feels right for your unique situation.
